There are so many watch brands out on the market nowadays, it’s hard to know what brand to choose. I can help you with that! Armitron is a brand that has been around for a very long time. They started in 1956, and have been going strong since! Armitron is a brand that I knew growing up, and I am proud to have my family wearing their watches.
I had the opportunity to work with Armitron for my Holiday Gift Guide this year. I was able to review a watch for myself and my two boys. The one that I got for myself, the Digital Chronograph, has a velcro strap. i never have cared much for the regular watch straps, because I have carpal tunnel syndrome and it seems that the buckle always presses against that nerve. I don’t have that issue with the velcro strap, and I can wear it comfortably.
I got my boys each a sports watch, as they are active teenagers. These watches are water resistant, which is great for the summer time. These are especially great for when they are at the swimming pool, and need to be home by a certain time. Obviously, they can’t take their phone in to the pool with them, but if they have their watch on, they can always know what time it is!
