Are you ready for the most amazing brownie snack? Sheila G’s has you covered!

About Sheila G’s

brownieIn 1992, Sheila G. Mains, better known in the food business as Sheila G, took a treasured family recipe for fudge brownies and baked her way into a thriving business. You may even have tasted one of her rich, dense squares of heaven at some of our nation’s finest restaurants and theme parks. So, where exactly did the inspiration for her scrumptious new Brownie Brittle™ snack come from?
Like many brownie aficionados, Sheila is particularly fond of the crispy edges. In fact, on many an afternoon she would walk through the bakery gathering the crispy batter off the sides of the sheet pans as the chocolate brownies cooled in their racks. It had that same rich chocolate taste, but with an amazing crunch. That started her wondering: How could she create a whole pan of crunchy edges? Well, lucky for us, she figured it out! Now you too can satisfy your sweet tooth in a snap with Sheila G’s Brownie Brittle™ snacks!

My Thoughts

I was very excited to try the brownie brittle. We had seen it at the stores before, but never tried it. I was not disappointed! It is seriously thebrowie most amazing snack! It’s different than a brownie, because you can eat this like a cookie. But make no mistake, the flavor is all brownie. There are so many flavors to choose from, that it’s hard to pick what I want to eat. My favorite, though, is the classic brownie with chocolate chips! It is so flavorful, and wonderful.
I adore brownies, but I am usually the only one who eats them, so most of them get stale and yucky. With this brownie brittle, I don’t have to make an entire pan of brownies that won’t get eaten. I just grab my brittle, and I’m good! The bags are resealable, so you won’t end up with stale brittle. This is has quickly become a favorite snack of mine!
