We all have a go-to meal. You know the one; it’s quick, easy and oh-so-delicious! These Big Mac inspired sliders are exactly what you are looking for! They are super easy to put together, they go together quickly, and they taste amazing!

They are great for a quick dinner on a busy night, or just because you want them. The ingredient list is minimal, so you probably have the majority of the ingredients already on hand.

For this recipe, I like to use the Aunt Millie’s Hawaiian Dinner Rolls. They are the perfect size for a slider, and taste amazing! I was able to get mine at my local Walmart.

Big Mac Inspired Sliders

The first thing I like to do is to lay out my ingredients. This way, I know I don’t forget anything. However, I did forget the pickles in this photo..haha. As you can see by the photo, there isn’t a lot to get ready, which is why this is an amazing recipe!

Now, I know you don’t want a whole backstory on why I chose this recipe. I will simply say that I chose it because it is one of our favorites! So, without further ado, here is the recipe:

Big Mac Inspired Sliders

Big Mac Inspired Sliders

Yield: 12 sliders
Prep Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 10 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients

  • Aunt Millie's Hawaiian Dinner Rolls
  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Pickles, chopped
  • Great Value Secret Sauce
  • Sliced Cheese
  • Medium Onion, diced

Instructions

  1. Carefully slice the dinner rolls in half lengthwise and lay out on a cookie sheet.
  2. Brown ground beef, season as desired.
  3. While ground beef is cooking, dice onions and chop pickles.
  4. Cut sliced cheese into 4 pieces, and put a piece on each portion of the dinner rolls.
  5. After ground beef is finished cooking, layer it onto the rolls and cheese. Add another piece of cheese on top.
  6. Pop into an oven preheated to 400 degrees F. Cook for approximately 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted. **Make sure to put the tops of the rolls into the oven to cook as well, so that they brown up.
  7. Squeeze the secret sauce over top. You can use as little or as much as you want. I may have went overboard...haha.
  8. Next you will add the chopped pickles and the dices onion.
  9. Add the shredded lettuce.
  10. Finally, add the tops to the buns and cut.
Aunt Millie’s has so many products to choose from! We purchased the Aunt Millie’s Butter Buns for our 4th of July cookout, and let me tell you, they are amazing! Keep an eye out for more recipes using Aunt Millie’s products 🙂

Low Carb Options

Aunt Millie’s also has some low carb options for those watching their carb intake! They offer sliced bread, hamburger buns, and hot dog buns! This is amazing! I know that my family likes to watch our carbs, but it’s hard to find a good bread or bun that will help us do that. Aunt Millie’s definitely has you covered!
