I love trying new things from different brands. However, Sephora has always been a brand that I’ve wanted to try, but just never had the chance to. Well, I had the opportunity to try out some of Sephora’s cosmetics, and let me tell you, I’m in LOVE!

I received a variety of products to try out, ranging from brushes to lip balm. I was extremely impressed with the products, and I’m excited to go over each item with you 🙂
Sephora Collection Mini Deluxe Charcoal Antibacterial Brush Set
What it is:
A travel-sized, six-piece brush set in a beautiful, compact carrying pouch.
This set contains: Concealer brush, Angled blush brush, Precision sweep brush, Shadow brush, Angled shadow brush, Foundation brush, Carry case
What I think:Â I absolutely love this brush set. The bristles are super soft, and I feel that the brushes are the perfect size to hold. The bristles pick up the product very well, and distribute it evenly. This is the perfect size for me to take on my trips.
Sephora Collection Polish Up Silicone Brush Cleansing Pad
What it is:
A cleansing pad for eyeshadow and face makeup brushes.
This set contains: Dual Textured Silicone Polishing Pad, Black Towel, Clear/Frosted PEVA Pouch
What I think:Â Before receiving this, I had only ran my brushes under water to clean them. This cleaner was easy to use, and really deep cleaned my brushes. The cleanup was easy, just rinsing it and letting it dry. I love this cleaning pad!
Sephora Collection Color Switch by Vera Mona Brush Cleaner
What it is:
A dry, makeup-removing sponge that allows you to switch colors without having to switch brushes.
What I think:Â Wait! You mean to tell me that not everyone wipes their brushes on their pants in between colors?!? LOL! Before I knew this product existed, that’s exactly what I did. Thankfully, I don’t have to worry about walking around with different eyeshadow colors on my jeans. This is super easy to use, and takes virtually no time at all! It really gets the old eyeshadow off the brush and leaves it ready for the next color. It’s the perfect size to stash in your bag for trips or on-the-go touch ups!
Sephora Collection Show Curl XL Lash Curler
What it is:
An eyelash curler that curls even the most difficult lashes.
What I think:Â I never thought I needed a lash curler. My lashes have always been a good length, without need of lash curlers or false lashes. Then I got the Show Curl XL. Whoa Nelly! I did not realize my lashes would look this good! This curler really gave them more definition, and now my lashes really pop. It’s very easy to use, and doesn’t pull on my lashes at all. I love that it came with a second set of pads, making it a great value. I won’t be putting on makeup without using this anymore!
Sephora Collection Contour & Color Liner and Lipstick Duo
What it is:
A double-sided lipstick and liner duo that combines complementary colors, designed to enhance lips’ natural contour.
What I think: I love all things lip related. I adore trying new lipsticks and liners. I especially like this duo because it has both of those things in one piece of makeup. The liner goes on very smooth, which lays the foundation for the lipstick to glide on. The colors are great, and they feel great on the lips 🙂 A bonus is that they are NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS!
Sephora Collection Cream Lip Stain
What it is:
A silky, long-lasting lip stain that keeps lips covered with bold color from AM to PM—no need to reapply or touch up throughout the day.
What I think:Â As I said above, I love all things lip related. This cream stain was no exception! The problem I have with lip products is that they wear off rather quickly. This cream stain doesn’t! It stays on my lips all day, without having to reapply. For me, that is a huge plus because I am way too busy to stop and reapply lip product constantly!
 Sephora Collection V for V.O.L.U.M.E. Mascara
What it is:
A volumizing colored mascara that makes your eye color pop. You can mix and match shades by applying one color to top lash and another to the bottom for a unique look.
What I think:Â Oh my, my, my! I had my doubts. It’s purple mascara, after all. I’ve never really had success with colored mascara. I used my Show Curl XL before applying this mascara, and let me tell you, I was happy! The spoolie is really plush, which really helps get volume on my lashes. It grabs a good amount of mascara on it, yet it doesn’t clump, not even a little. The color wasn’t some weird, super bright color on my lashes, but rather a sophisticated, beautiful color. I’m in absolute love with this mascara now! I’ve been wearing it for 7 hours already today, and it still looks as fresh as when I first applied it!
Sephora Collection Sweet Balm
What it is:
A moisturizing tinted lip balm that glides on and leaves subtle kiss of color. This product is not tested on animals.
What I think: This is a great balm! I really like the container and the way you push the lever to bring the balm up. Such a neat thing! The balm itself feels great on my lips, and tastes pretty good, too 😛 Oh, come on, admit it! You lick the balm that is on your lips, too..haha! This adds just a small hint of color, while moisturizing your lips.
Sephora Collection Lip Balm & Scrub
What it is:
A range of six lip balms, each with a different ingredient to nurture lips all day long.
What it is formulated WITHOUT: Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates
What I think: When I first got it, I honestly thought I would hate it, simply because I despise coconut. BUT, after trying it, I found that it doesn’t have that overly, in-your-face coconut taste to it. It’s a subtle coconut taste, and I can handle that 🙂 It really moisturizes my horribly dry lips. I love that I can put it on, and it continues to moisturize for hours without having to reapply.
Misc. Pictures of The Cosmetics..
How about some pictures of some of the cosmetics in use? I have a picture of the mascara applied on my eye, and a picture for the lipstick/liner due and the cream stain. Let me know what you think about them!
Seriously, look how beautiful the mascara is! It’s a deep color that just goes on great! Sorry I am look up, I can’t seem to not do that when I take a picture..haha! (excuse the brows, I am healing from microblading, and haven’t had my touch up appointment yet.)
I absolutely love this color!Lately I’ve been really into nude shades, and I think it just looks great! I love the soft flow of the liner, as well. It’s so hard to find a liner that isn’t hard on my lips!
Look how beautiful this cream stain looks! This is completely WITHOUT lip liner! It went on so smooth and felt great on my lips!
At the end of the day, I am one happy girl! These Sephora Collection cosmetics have been my Holy grail for a while, and I really feel blessed to have gotten the chance to test them. I will definitely be shopping Sephora a lot more. I found out that I have a Sephora within an hours drive of me, so I will definitely be going there quite often!
