My Thoughts
This is a great cat food, because it is grain free. One of our kitties has tummy problems, and tends to throw up quite a bit. With the Instinct food, we noticed that she doesn’t vomit as much. With it being grain free, she is able to digest it better. It is minced, which is not pate. It’s really fine pieces, that almost resemble pate, but not quite.
Most of my kitties loved it, and those that didn’t, well, that’s not a reflection on Instinct, but more of a kitty being difficult. It is nice and soft, so even my kitten was able to enjoy it (she can eat anything, but she prefers pate, or pate-like consistency). It came in a spiffy little tray that made it easy to store. So, if you are looking for a great grain free food, look no further than Instinct!
