My doggie brother, Spike, has skin irritation issues. He gets red, patchy spots that itch horribly, and it would end with a trip to the vet. Eventually, the vet decided that Spike needed to take fish oil, to help prevent the issue.
That’s where Lipiderm comes in. Now, Spike won’t take it as it is, but my dad squeezes the contents of each capsule onto his food and he loves it. Spike has been taking the fish oil every day for a few weeks, and the itchy, patchy spots have cleared up. They don’t cause him any issues with bad breath, and he doesn’t seem to have any other issues with it.
I like that they are very budget friendly, and start at just $10.99 for a 60 ct. bottle. Now, I did find that they have the liquid form, which would be a great option for those doggies that don’t take pills well. In fact, I think we will be ordering some of the liquid for Spike.
