Finding a good, quality made pair of shoes can be a daunting task. When parents buy shoes for school, the kiddos tend to want all of the big name shoes because they are flashy and expensive. What about Lugz? They have great quality shoes at affordable prices! I know that my teen is very hard on his shoes because he is a bigger guy and has wide feet. Lugz fit him extremely well, and they last. He isn’t tearing them up within weeks of getting them.
We got these Changeover II sneakers for him almost two months ago, and they still look new. Normally, he’s gotten them completely worn in, and looking like he’s been wearing them for years by now. But these really stand up to his punishment. These shoes have a nice, thick sole, so they aren’t going to wear down quickly. They grip nicely, too, on wet surfaces, so you aren’t going to slip and slide everywhere.
My son really liked that they come with red and black shoe strings, because his favorite color is red, so he is sporting the red ones 😉 The fact that they are sturdy and wide is a bonus. Usually you can find a shoe that is either sturdy or wide, but not both. My son has very wide feet, due to his size (he is over 6 feet tall) and is also autistic, so he needs his shoes to be wide because he can’t handle even the slightest tightness in his shoes. These do come in 6 different color variations, so there is something for everyone!
