My Thoughts
Peanut brittle has always been hard for me to eat, because it’s so hard. I always feel like I’m going to break a tooth when eating it. When Softer Than Brittle arrived, I dug right into it. It is so soft and flaky! It’s definitely not your Mother’s peanut brittle! This is not only soft and chewy, but it’s vegan. There are only a few ingredients in them, which means it isn’t filled with a bunch of gunk.
My husband and I are trying to eat healthier, and nuts are a big part of our snacking. Honestly, a person can only stand so many plain nuts. With Softer Than Brittle, I get a variety to choose from, and it satisfies my craving for sweets. I am in love with this brittle, and I will never go back to regular brittle!
