Everyone has had a snow cone at some point in their lives. We can get them at our local ice cream stand, but the problem is that it’s only open during the summer months. A word of caution, though, you will need to make the ice ahead of time. I failed to read the directions, and did not do this, and ended up having to wait another day to have a snow cone. Hawaiian Shaved Ice provides the ice molds for you, 5 of them. You just fill them with water and freeze them. This allows the machine to have a nice hunk of ice to shave. 

**Noise**

Now, when you are using the Home Pro Shaved Ice Machine, be aware that it is very loud. My son has autism, and is very sensitive to loud noises. We didn’t know if it would be loud or not, so we warned him ahead of time, so he could cover his ears.
